We are an independent firm providing a professional and personalised service in the area of residential property.
Fitzpatrick Property Consultants was established in 2000 to provide a Property Management Service to both private and corporate clients.
We work closely with our clients, both Irish and International, to understand their requirements and to provide the most relevant advice. A pro-active approach is taken to the long term management and development of our client’s investment(s).

Our Management and Letting service is designed to free Landlords / Investors of the time and inconvenience involved in the management of their properties, safe in the knowledge that they are being managed to the highest professional standard.
We oversee the management of our client’s property / portfolio right from the beginning, from securing high quality tenants to completing the final inspection.

Our Team
Kevin Gorman, BA, Dip MS, MIPAV MMCEPI, Managing Director
Kevin studied at University of Limerick and Middlesex University. After working with the London Borough of Camden, he returned to Dublin and has specialised in residential lettings and management since 1993. He worked with New City Estates Management before serving as Manager of Letting Services at WYSE Property Management from 1997 to 2020. During this time, he gained extensive industry experience and helped guide the company through major regulatory changes, including the introduction of the Residential Tenancies Board and Property Services Regulatory Authority. He is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers.
Conor Gorman, BA
Conor joined Fitzpatrick Property Consultants in January 2022. Over the following two years he completed his apprenticeship in Auctioneering and Property Services at Ballsbridge College of Further Education. He currently holds a PSRA licence for A,B and C Property Services.
